working on a self sufficient bicycle - not easy.
Im buying lots of gear off eBay to try and find a solution.

Hi EdC.
From a fully charged 85 Ah battery from my wind generator, I run the power through a 1.5 amp controller, delivering 14.1 volts to the 7Ah battery.

I like the looks of the bike, trying to come up with somthing similar myself using a dc motor. I havent decided whether a friction drive or chain drive would be better at this point in time.

Its all fun though, would be nice to "motor" around town with.
