Help wanted please

Ive got an excellent PM motor surplus to requirements that I want to list on Ebay, its a British made SEM DC servomotor that puts out 18V @ 200 RPM and will put out 10V just by twisting the shaft by hand.
Can anyone remind me what is the formula for working out the output amperage please.I dont want to mislead anyone by stating exaggerated claims about its performance,(unlike lots of others on there) so Id like to get it right.

The rating plate details are Max RPM 1600, Volts 140.

Hi hef.
A simple method, but not the best would be, if you have a DC current multimeter with enough range 10 or more amps.
You could simply tested the shorted amps, hook it up to a drill press or cordless drill and see what it reads at 200 rpm.

Others may have a better method, using specific loads and a watts up meter.

might be a go with linking that spec sheet in the auction listing rather than making any claims as to suitability.

if i were looking to play with something and you were more local i might be bidding on that (would have to beef things up a bit for 25 pounds of motor though) Yikes, thats a big bird! bet it would do its best at 24v.
