Indeed, USB limited to 500mA @ 5v I believe.
2.5 watts is a very good use of power for that screen, I notice there is a mains power option, but still, pretty cool.

Hard to tell, would be nice to see it in a store. Somehow I stumbled on to it when I was looking around for a inexpensive tablet, needless to say as fun as the monitor sounds, I went with the tablet.

From what I can tell, the tablet consumes about 2W which is pretty light for browsing, email, videos, etc.

It should arrive next week I hope.

slightly, well totally off topic you may want to avoid the Apple stuff according to todays reports.
Take with a pinch of salt, meaning don't always believe what you read.

I went with a cheapie Archos 7. Basically I wanted browser, email, avi/mp4 downloader/viewer. Arrives tomorrow!

Pretty cool, message being entered via Archos 7. I am using a 4x1.2v Nimh array (D' size 10000 mah) for Archos external battery and it is holdind at 5.19v.
